The call
How long it takes, and what happens
About 30 minutes, on a video call. It is not a slideshow: we set Entrica up for your organisation while you watch, then put a real visitor through the front door so you see exactly what your hosts and visitors will see.
Who you'll talk to
Who runs it
Someone from the Entrica team runs the session directly. It is not a call-centre script read off slides. Ask a specific question about your site, such as a tricky loading dock, a building with an evacuation plan to test, or a shared floor with several hosts, and you get a specific answer on the call rather than a promise that someone will follow up.

What you'll see
We set up your account together
We walk you through onboarding in the Entrica dashboard, in your own account: your location, your hosts, and how people will sign in, whether that is a QR code, an NFC tag or a tablet kiosk.
You stay the host
You keep the dashboard open on your side of the call, exactly as you would on a normal working day, so you experience Entrica the way your hosts will.
Someone signs in as a visitor
Ideally a colleague, not you, signs in on their own phone as if they had just walked up to your door. If you are on your own, we sign in instead, playing the visitor from our side of the call.
You see what happens next
The arrival notification reaching you as the host, the visitor appearing on the dashboard, and what you can do with the visit from there, such as signing them out.
The emergency side, if you want it
Start a test emergency event and watch the evacuation list, mark safe, the emergency PDF and the emergency sign-in block work on the visitor who just signed in.
Before the call
What to have ready
- Your locations. A single reception or several sites. A rough count is enough.
- How people will sign in. A printed QR code, an NFC tag at the door, a tablet on the counter, or a mix.
- A colleague with a phone. Someone to play the visitor in step 3. If it is just you, that is fine: we will do it.
- The right people in the room. Whoever owns your evacuation plan or health and safety obligations, and whoever runs reception. If single sign-on or an access-control integration matters to you, bring someone from IT as well.
After the call
After the demo
No obligation either way. If it looks like a fit, you can carry on with the 14-day free trial (every feature unlocked, no credit card required) and run it on your own front door before deciding anything. See pricing for what changes between plans, the full feature matrix, or the background on why New Zealand organisations use a system like this. If security or privacy is on your checklist before the call, our security page and privacy policy cover tenant isolation, encryption at rest, and how we handle data under the Privacy Act 2020 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Ready to book
Bring your locations. We'll bring the rest.
Tell us a little about your site and we'll call you within one business day to set up a time.
