What's the difference between Core and Professional?
Core covers a single location and device, with the essentials: sign-in/out, hosts, emergency evacuation, and a basic dashboard. Professional adds multi-location and multi-device support, pre-registration, digital signatures and badges, custom branding, and blacklist/screening.
Do I need Enterprise for SSO or integrations?
Yes, SSO (Entra, Google, Microsoft), API access, webhooks, and access-control integrations are part of Enterprise/Custom, along with a dedicated SLA and negotiated SMS/device/location volume.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade as your organisation grows into more locations or needs more control. There's no lock-in on Core or Professional; Enterprise terms are set per contract.
