How pricing works
What actually drives cost
Rather than a single dial, three things scale a quote up or down: how many locations the system covers, how many devices people are signing in on, and how much SMS you need on top of email. QR and NFC sign-in are included on every plan regardless. Every plan is built around those three, and Enterprise simply removes the ceiling on all of them.
Locations. Core covers a single site. Professional adds multiple locations, with hierarchical location structure and a location switcher for admins who need to move between sites. Enterprise is a custom number, set by contract.
Devices and QR kiosks.QR and NFC sign-in are included on every plan; what scales with your plan is devices. Core covers one device: a single reception tablet, alongside your printed QR code or NFC tag. Professional supports multiple devices per location, which is what most organisations with more than one entrance or a mixed tablet-and-QR setup actually need. If you're deciding which to run at your own door, we've written up each approach separately: see QR code visitor sign-in and tablet kiosk sign-in.
SMS volume.Email notifications are included throughout; SMS is what most organisations use for hosts who aren't at a desk. The trial includes 50 SMS notifications so you can test host alerts properly before you decide anything. We haven't published SMS figures for Core or Professional beyond that trial allowance either. Request a trial and we'll talk you through it. On Enterprise, SMS volume is negotiated by contract alongside device and location volume.

What the 14-day trial includes
Every plan starts the same way: 14 days, every feature unlocked, no credit card required to begin. You set up a location, print a QR code or register a tablet, invite a few hosts, and run it the way you actually would on a normal day, including a test of the evacuation list, since that's the feature most New Zealand organisations end up caring about most.
The trial includes 50 SMS notifications, so host alerts by text can be tested alongside email rather than assumed to work. Nobody is billed anything during the 14 days. If you decide to continue, that's when billing details come into it; if you don't, the trial simply ends. A member of our team reaches out within one business day of a trial request to get you set up.
For larger estates
How Enterprise is negotiated
Enterprise/Custom isn't a bigger version of the same list price. It's built around what a larger or more complex organisation actually needs on top of Professional: SSO through Entra, Google or Microsoft, API access, access-control integrations, webhook delivery, a dedicated SLA and onboarding, and custom data retention settings.
Because SMS, device and location volume at that scale varies enormously between a single large campus and a multi-site national estate, that volume is negotiated by contract rather than set against a fixed tier. Talk to us with a rough sense of your location count, device and QR mix, and integration requirements, and we'll put together a quote and an SLA against them.
This is also where access control and identity integrations live, such as connecting Entrica to a door system, or into an existing Entra, Google or Microsoft identity provider so staff and hosts sign in with accounts they already have. Those integrations, and the data retention period attached to your account, are set out in the contract rather than in a public tier, so the conversation starts with what you're trying to connect to, not with a plan name.

Security and privacy, not just price
Whichever plan you land on, the same account is behind it: tenant isolation, encryption of personal information at rest, and an audit trail of who did what, set out in full on our security page. How we handle visitor and organisation data under the Privacy Act 2020 and the Australian Privacy Principles is in our privacy policy. Neither changes between Core, Professional and Enterprise. It is how the whole product is built, not an add-on you pay more for.
Common questions
Pricing questions
Why doesn't this page show numbers?
We haven't published figures yet. When we do, they'll appear on this page next to the plan they belong to. Nothing else about how the page works will change.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. You get 14 days with every feature unlocked and 50 SMS notifications included, and you only enter billing details if you decide to continue afterwards.
How is Enterprise priced?
By contract. Once we know your location count, device and QR mix, and expected SMS volume, plus any SSO or integration requirements, we put together a quote and an SLA specific to your organisation.
Can I move from Core to Professional later?
Yes. Neither Core nor Professional locks you in: you can upgrade as you add locations or need multi-device, pre-registration, or branding. Enterprise terms are set per contract.

See it working before you talk numbers
Start a 14-day trial with no credit card, or book a demo to talk through an Enterprise quote once you know your locations, devices and SMS volume. Either way, the full feature matrix is on our features page.
